When House of Oak & Sofas first started selling Braxton Culler furniture, it was because we needed a good source of wicker and rattan furniture. We searched until we found this small company in North Carolina. What impressed us most, other than the high quality of their indoor and outdoor wicker, was the variety of fabrics. Although we already carried beautiful fabrics with our Norwalk and Flexsteel lines, we noticed that Braxton Culler's emphasis on outdoor, garden and sunroom furniture meant that their fabric selection was more vibrant, colorful and dramatic. That was just the touch we needed to truly expand our upholstery sales.

What we didn't realize at the time was that Braxton Culler would become an important part of our regular upholstery lineup--not just wicker and rattan. Once again the fabric selection is a key part of the equation. If you are looking for fashion forward fabrics with a flair for the outdoors (and of course adding an outdoor feel to any room, whether it be a tropical or rain forest feel is in vogue) then this is a good place to start. You will find sofas, chairs recliners, sleepers, ottomans and more in this extensive American-made line.
