The easiest way to order from House of Oak.com is to call us toll free at 888-330-4807. Someone will be there to answer your call. It's best to call between 10am-5pm Eastern Time Monday-Saturday. All other times, you can leave a message and we'll call you back the next business day.

E-mail orders

You can also e-mail us your completed order. The e-mail address for ordering is orders@houseofoak.com. You must include your phone number and e-mail address (if available) for order confirmation and to get clarification. With proper contact information, we'll confirm your order status within 24-hours.

Fax orders

You can also fax us your completed order. The fax number is 540-432-0853. Please include your phone number, fax number, and e-mail address (if available) for order confirmation. With proper contact information, we'll confirm your order status within 24-hours.

Sale Agreement

*Orders are not subject to cancellation. * Order may be cancelled by seller upon refund of any deposit. *Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. The date of actual availability may vary from this estimate and Buyer agrees that changes in availability will not invalidate this order. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays or defaults in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling or delivery, availability of raw materials, war, strike, acts of God or the public enemy, fire, labor or transportation difficulty, or any other cause beyond the control of Seller. *Seller is not responsible for fastness of color or variations in fabric dye lots or wood finishes, or the quality of fabrics not purchased from the Seller. * Buyer shall measure doorways, stairways, and areas to be used before ordering. Seller assumes no responsibility for merchandise purchased that is to large to fit. * Because of loading schedules, Seller can only designate a day for delivery, not a specified time. Seller cannot move, rearrange or haul away old furniture.

*SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES BEYOND THE WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE MERCHANDISE ON THE FACE HEREOF UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED BY SELLER IN WRITING. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT MANUFACTURE’S WARRANTIES, IF ANY, THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY. THE WARRANTY PROVIDED AND THE OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES OF SELLER THEREUNDER ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.
