The Amish-crafted ladderback chair adds one critical ingredient not usually found in a ladderback: comfort. Of course that reveals the most commonly heard comment about amish dining chairs. "This chair is comfortable enough to use in the living room."
Amish Chairs: Our Amish chairs are available as either side chairs (without arms) or arm chairs (with arms). Our Amish furniture can be stained in a variety of colors. All stains, which serve only to color the wood, are protected with several coats of clear satin lacquer. The most popular finish is golden oak. Probably 90% of our furniture is sold in the golden stain. Many Amish chairs are available in cherry wood: some are available in hickory or maple wood as well.
